We are currently fulfilling orders within the US direct through our website with flat rate shipping. All orders are processed and shipped from our production facility in Omaha, NE and shipped mainly via USPS but will use UPS and FedEx at our discretion.
We do not ship internationally. International inquiries please email hello@urbanloftco.com
Will I be able to track my package?
Yes, once your order has shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number. You will also receive an email once the package has been delivered. If you do not receive a tracking email, please contact us through our contact form.
Do you collect sales tax?
Yes, there is a 7% sales tax charged on all orders that ship in the state of Nebraska.
What is your wax blend?
Our wax is a natural wax blend of coconut wax blended with soy wax and just a touch of food-grade paraffin wax to aid in the fragrance performance. This eco-friendly blend provides a clean, even burn with moderate wax consumption.
Are your candle fragrances phthalate free?
Yes, our fragrances are phthalate free.
When do you come out with new fragrances?
We will always have our classic collection of fragrances available. New collections will be released quarterly. Each season limited edition fragrances will be released. We are always testing something new in the loft so an unscheduled release is bound to happen. Make sure you GET ON THE LIST (sign up below) so you are in the know when something new is on the way.

How do I get the most out of my candle?
We suggest following our Candle Care guide:
- Your first burn should be 2 to 3 hours to ensure the melted wax (melt pool) reaches the outer edge of the vessel.
- Do not burn continuously for more than 4 hours.
- Keep lit candle away from drafts and flammable materials.
- Always - trim the wick to 1/4” before lighting.
- Keep lit candle out of reach of small children.
- Only burn on a level, heat-resistant surface.
- Keep the candle free of dust and foreign material.
- Keep the candle in view and never leave a burning candle unattended.
- Most importantly - enjoy!
Do you have a wholesale program?

Do you offer reduced pricing for bulk orders?
Yes. For corporate gifting, weddings, events, or a custom label we ask that you order 18 or more candles to get a reduced rate. Please reach out through our contact form with your bulk order details and we will follow up with discount program details.
